Through her work, Jamie has noticed similarities between the maladaptive coping mechanisms students acquire in post-secondary environments and the maladaptive coping mechanisms her corporate clients and employees exhibit in their high performance environments.

Under the assumption that post-secondary environments are typically the first exposure to a high performance environment for a young adult, Jamie wants to determine whether or not there is a correlation between the habits formed in post-secondary environments and their impact on their performance, productivity and happiness in corporate environments.
